  • Army led to the killing of more than a dozen civilians on December 4 in Nagaland’s Mon district.

  • There is no specific legal definition of "hate speech".
  • The Law Commission of India, in its 267th Report, says: hate speech is any word written or spoken, signs, visible representations within the hearing or sight of a person with the intention to cause fear or alarm, or incitement to violence.”

Collective Security Treaty Organisation (CSTO)

  • The CSTO is a Russia ­dominated security alliance (Russia contributes 50% of its budget) which was established after the USSR’s fall when some members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) signed a mutual defence treaty named the Collective Security Treaty replacement for the Warsaw Pact. In 2002, it became the CSTO.
  • The CSTO has six members today: Russia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan
  • The principle of collective security or the idea of “one for all and all for one”.

Controlled Flight into Terrain(CFIT)
