- to promote the production of man-made fiber(MMF) Apparel, MMF Fabrics, and products of technical textiles.
- Companies - invest between 100-300cr for manufacturing approved products for getting the incentive.

- India is the largest producer of cotton and jute in the world.
Government Initiatives:
- 100% FDI allowed - Automatic route.
- PM MITRA Parks(Mega Integrated Textile Region and Apparel).
Gram Ujala Programme(GUP):
- Ministry of Power
- Convergence Energy Service Limited(CESL) - 50 Lakhs LED Bulb.
- 7 and 12 Watt - 3 years - 10rs
- maximum 5 bulbs
- Bihar, UP, Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh
